Personal goals that are SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable Relevant, and Timed
Keep tabs on progress from the user’s main dashboard
Company-established rules align with personal goals

Each user can establish their own personal goals focusing on the areas where they want to ensure sustained wellness (to prevent disease), improved health (to slow or reverse disease progression), and healthy lifestyles.

These goals are created from their individual dashboards and progress toward their goals is one of the first things they see each time they sign in.

The system walks users through the process of establishing SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timed). Then users can report and monitor their progress on goals related to activities, weight, sleep, mindfulness, blood pressure, and nutrition. They can see daily, weekly, or monthly progress and set new goals at any time.

Another dimension within FitLyfe 360 to further motivate achievement toward personal goals is an administrative function that establishes company standards for common user goals, such as steps or doing physical activity. As user’s achieve their personal goals, they earn reward points for achievements aligned with company rules.

For instance, a user may have a goal of completing 10,000 steps a day. The company can establish rules that reward 3 points for completing 5,000 steps a day, 4 points for achieving 7,500 steps a day, and 5 points for completing 10,000 steps a day. This adds another level of motivation for users to meet their personal goals.
